About this Ministry of Education advice
This is advice from the Lagos State Ministry of Education.
This advice is non-statutory, and has been produced to help
recipients understand their obligations and duties in relation to
the School Premises Regulations 2012, which came into force on 31 October 2015,
and Part 5 of the revised Education (Independent School Standards) (Lagos)
Regulations 2010, which came into force on 1 January 2016.
